Shrirang’s torch is another torch application on java platform

DESCRIPTIONS:
This is an intellegent torch that change the brightness by pressing the “UP” and “DOWN” buttons. It also save the last brightness chosen. Exit the application on the desired brightness and press the “CENTER” key once to get the save brightness again.

-Tested on 5700 & N95
-support java MIDP2
